WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Hector Garcia, Martial Arts Champion
Dedication, Hard work, Passion, Loyalty… Those are the words that I use to describe Katherine Williams as a personal trainer. She has been able to dedicate her time to help me get my fitness to another level. Being a former professional, and college athlete, I can tell you that her hard work and passion has been able to transform the way I work out. Moreover, her loyalty, even with the numerous clients that she has, she takes time to help each individual with the same intensity. Thanks to her training, my stamina has increased tremendously. Now that I am part of a Martial Arts School, she been able to help me get back in shape to compete at a higher level. I was able to win two medals thanks to her training knowledge and support. She has won a client forever; I am very excited to keep learning from her even more.
Shernika Speights, IFBB Bikini Pro,
Kat Williams has been more than helpful beyond expectation. Leading up to my first National show I was concerned on a few things like my competition tan. After seeing Kat's competition pictures on Facebook, I contacted her about my concern. It wasn't too long after my message, that she quickly replied with many tips and suggestions. Her advice definitely put my concern at ease, which help me bring a confident package to the National stage! I earned my IFBB Bikini Pro card at that show, and have to give a special thanks to Kat on all her tips! My tan looked better than ever!
Darius Jackson, Education Professional
Before my college graduation I was at the heaviest I had ever been at 200 pounds. I knew something had to change; this is when I hired Katherine to be my personal trainer.Months later I weighed 180 and had drop down two pant sizes. Down 20 pounds in 4 months!
I spent time at the gym 4 days a week training with Kat, and had a meal assessment plan with 5 small meals a day.
